Absolute USELESS excuse of a service provider!

I am DONE with this useless excuse of a service provider!

I am on the uncapped 4G package and yet my internet is f#cked.

I can do a basic google search but thats it. None of my work pages are loading, none of my messages are going through and yet if i do a speed test it says i have 7mb download and 4 upload... WHERE is than bandwith?!

I have tried calling 4 times and while I am on hold the call cuts out.

I am canceling my contrac ASAP. Although one would need damn internet to do that.

My work is being impacted by ***********, unresponsive "service providers"
