Absolutely **** company that only focuses on taking money out of people’s accounts. I cancelled my account with rain in July and it is supposed to stop month end July and it did. I pues them month end July for the usage and subscription for July. They collected their router on the fourth of august. Today month end august they taking money out of my account for a service I did not receive.. I’m being billed for a an account the was cancelled and payed for. I work for an ISP and I understand what prorata is and they keep throwing it around as if it’s the reason why I’m being charged for a month’s service I did not receive.. do yourself a favour and stay away.. ultimately I’m taking this too casa and I want my money back
