Absolute *******s. No customer support. Purchased the sim from Takelot and made immediate payment via the Rain website after choosing unlimited data option. I have received an sms notification immediately and the payment is reflected on my bank account but the website did not take me to the online RICA process instead it said I need to contact my bank for unsuccessful payment. I made several attempts via the online message service as I am aware that phone calls are not possible due to lockdown and have not received a response.
