Absolute *******!!
Absolute *******!! Pathetic network (and don't tell me you're upgrading the network, because you are not!) This has been a 5 year+ battle with absolutely NO improvement. On the contrary, the connection is worse now than it was 5 years ago.

22 Jun 2025, 07:29The issue is with EXTREMELY slow downloads (on the ONLY tower that services my area of residence). Between 02:00 and about 05:00 AM it is better, but once people start waking up and adding traffic to the tower, downloads are pathetic. For example, a WhatsApp attachment of 3MB takes in excess of 6 minutes to download. I find this unacceptable.
Furthermore, a speed test on the connection reveals a speed of 300kbps AT BEST. If I run the same speed test at another location 15km away (ie. connected to another tower), I obtain 4-5MBps.
But rest assured, I will not be a client for much longer, simply due to the absolute lack of progress from Rain's so-called "network upgrades".
