Absolute Bull**** Service!! I was billed twice and still disconnected. No support!
Complete bull****! We need to sign a petition against this useless network called Rain!!! We made payment yesterday and it pops an error but the payment went off our card. We had to make payment again right now in order to restore our internet because we couldn't wait endlessly for your useless support agents that ain't forthcoming and can't be reached by a phone call. Please check on your side to rectify and process our refund immediately else we will make you trend on social media. Get your ducks in a row Rain!!! Stop signing new subscribers if you don't have capacity.

30 Oct 2023, 17:16No! I was billed twice and I have a proof. I was billed on the 26th and another on the 27th... that's R1268 x 2...both were successful and went off my card. As am writing this to you right now, each time I log into the rain account, it still shows that am owing R1268 - which has already been paid twice with no invoice whatsoever showing on the account. Go fix your billing system otherwise you will soon be out of business. You can't continue like this.... am so angry right now and I want my refunds asap!
