Absolute BS
Sick of this BS, stopped using this service almost 2 years now and now out of the blue they sent me an sms saying im being handed over to Nudebt when i contact each no response they say that rain tried to contact me and there were no such thing, no notice of outstanding fees when asked there are no evidence provided....

15 Nov 2023, 12:27Yes just waiting on the confrimation on the amounts then hopefully when i paid on the agreed amount it will be finalized and i will gat my paid up letter and that my account will be closed as agreed as it was discussed that my account is send in to the cancelation department

16 Nov 2023, 08:36Made the full payment on my arrears, i want my paid up letter and official notice that my account is closed and that im done with rain, after i made the payment last night it said that the renewal will take place the 25th i dont want a renewal i want the account closed today! And i want proof that it is done
