Absent Rain Agents
I received a 4G SimCard from rain on the 11th of June. I got a signal but no Service. I contact Rain per email, numerous times, to no avail. I got only messages back that an agent will assist me, but to date nothing happened. I sit with Sim card that are not working and already paid for a month in advanced. To say that the service of rain is poor, is actually a compliment.
