Abominable Service - NO WIFI!!!!!

On Friday, after a week of getting no response from Rain I posted a review here. They obviously immediately responded to Hello Peter and said I would be contacted. But no communication or service of any kind has taken place until now, three days later. So we have had no internet service for 12x days now!!! My wife can't run her business, I cannot access my online studies, my kids cannot access school stuff....yet Rain debited my account without hesitation...this service is abominable
