If you are planning on getting rain DON’T DO IT!!! It’s been three weeks of my WiFi not working and yet they receive their monthly payments. I am working from home and have resorted to working at gym just so I don’t get called back in for poor performance at work. Cancelled my contract with them yesterday because what exactly am I paying for???

10 Apr 2025, 11:20Thank you to the agent who called and confirmed that my cancellation was not loaded on their system.It would have been a problem if rain deducted as I was told yesterday by another agent that he has uploaded everything on his side and the contract is cancelled. The agent who called today did offer to resolve the situation but unfortunately I have spoken to another network provider and have started with installation.
