A young man

A young man .his is name is Lunga M...assisted me with my technical problem..from the beginning of my call till the end of it,which lasted more then 20 minutes.he gave me the best customer service possible ,very kind ,humble and willing to trouble shoot every possible scenario to fix your problem.And he did so with flying colours..he even followed up a few minutes later to make sure..im completely sorted.I really want to commend him for the great service received and because of him i will definately recommend Rain to others.
