A VERY FRUSTRATED, ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED CLIENT

i am very angry and dissapointed at the staff that rain hires, they are rude and do not care for their customers i spoke to a Lady by the name of Noluthando Mlokopi who was very rude to me when i told her i want to cancel agreement with Rain, she even told me and i quote she said you can go to Hello Peter Rain ppl are ****ming people when you wait to cancel they tell you it will be cancelled at the end of the month so that they can debit money at the end of the month for a router that does not have internet , but come month end they deduct money.AND IT IS FUNNY BECAUSE WHEN I SIGNED UP I WAS TOLD I CAN CANCEL ANYTIME.
