A very disgruntled User of Rain...

I've been using Rain since last year if not longer. When I first joined I didn't have any network issues. I could download, browse online with no issues. But since last year I haven't had a nice experience with Rain. I cant log on to most websites when I'm logged on it's slow. What makes it worse I've been working from home since last year March I cant access any internet connection. When I contact them I get different responses from all their operators. If it's not that my router is facing the wrong direction, it's that I'm connected to a jammed up tower. For me to be able to connect to another tower I must move my router around so I was told. Tried it and that still didn't work for me. I'm so frustrated I feel like I'm giving you guys my money for nothing cause i never have network when I'm home. If I go to the office I can work just fine from your network the problem starts as soon as I get home. I don't understand if you guys don't want my business, why not tell me so I can go else where. I'm truly frustrated and it's not funny any more. Can I please be given a way forward before the next billing date so I know what to do please.
