A TOTAL RIP-OFF - NO STABLE CONNECTION FOR WEEKS

Since posting my last review in October, there is still no change, still no signal for 90% of the day or night. A technician finally came to my property (after weeks of complaining) to look at what the problem was. Of course he blamed my set-up, load shedding, the weather. I have not had a problem for 7 months, so why should there be a problem now??? They are over-subscribed, and have not updated their infrastructure to keep up with the demand. They efficiently take your money every month, but they cannot supply any reasonable semblance of a connection. Also note that they reply to customers on hellopeter privately - why is that? What are they hiding? Do not use this company - they are ******** the public.
