A Tortoise walks faster than Rain Internet

Good Day,

I upgraded my internet service in the hope of getting better speeds. The speeds I now get are NO better that what I had on the 4G service . I don't see why I should be paying more for a service when its non-existent.

The speeds I have is a measly 3.10Mbps download and 0.47Mbps upload speed. This is nowhere near the 30Mbps advertised. I can understand even a 20 -30% reduction in speed but to get only 10% of what is advertised is not acceptable.

Should this not be rectified within the next 5 days, I will proceed to cancel all my services with RAIN.
