A service that sucks

Hi. I must say I'm extremely disappointed with your call customer service. You guys have the worst eve. I was on hold for an hour waiting for my call to be answered and did not get help. But when it comes to payments and following up. You are so fast to get that part done. Do look at the customer service you on calls as it is extremely bad.
