A second telkom just with way moreconnection issues

One of the worst wifi providers, been struggling to get a holf of these guys for a week now. I have the top of the range package so called premium, it could not even run our one PC to work from home forced to go back to the office due to these guys. While I am typing this its stil trying to reconect on my phone and i am sitting next to the router. Guys please save yourself the frustration and rather use other providers. These guys are really no good its a constant struggle with anything. Paying almost the same price as a fibre line. I want pro rata back for this month and you can come and fetch your router. Paying so much money for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
