A payment of 1037

A payment of 1037.95 was billednon our invoice. However we were only given an option to pay R837.30 on the app. Which was done. I tried phoning Rain 3 times holding on foe 10 minutes plus. No answer. I received an email with a reference number saying soneone would call us back. No one ever called. Now our services are suspended. This is unacceptable. Due to a failure for the system to allow me to pay the full amount we have to be inconvenienced.
