A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER - RAIN SERVICE PROVIDER
I would like to express my disappointment with the Rain Internet Service Provider. What a pathetic service provider. Quickly to take your money for a month contract but when it comes to providing service it is NONE EXISTING!
NO CALL CENTRE. LOGGING PROBLEMS BUT NO AGENT COMES BACK TO YOU.
RAIN CAN CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND MY MONEY!
PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!

07 Jul 2020, 12:05After a response on Social Media that I will be contacted, it is 24 hours later and still no response. It seems that Rain Internet Service Provider has enough clients and don't value the new ones. I wish that they will refund my subscription so that I can go to a Service Provider that will give me value for my money.
I will NOT RECOMMEND RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER TO ANYONE. PATHETIC! PATHETIC! PATHETIC!
