A NIGHTMARE ! The WORST SERVICE IN MANKIND ! HAZARDOUS TO HUMAN HEALTH !
This is the worst service ever. I was on a month to month contract with Rain and only used the network for a month. I made the full payment. Suddenly, I have “defaulted”. I apparently owe rain R1569.93 , for what ? I don’t know. When accessing the rain portal it shows that I have paid the month but it doesn’t show what the 1.5k is for ! Genuinely the WORST SERVICE EVER !

Context : those invoices you are making reference to are non existent. Shows errors on my end and on the agents end. Big RED flag.Please do better and thoroughly understand what’s going on before replying/ acting like you assisting.
Fortunately, I’m being assisted by an efficient agent who’s handling my case at the moment. My matter has being escalated as it’s proven that I sent cancellation emails , numerous of times.
