A nightmare

I’ve been trying to cancel Rain services since 31st Jan with no success, I don’t know what else to do my account is still being debited for services I no longer use, I’ve tried several times to reach out but all to no avail, someone is not doing their job. Every time I’m promised someone will get back to me and it never happens
