A MICKEY MOUSE SERVICE

Ive been handed over for 1465 to Estonberry Attorney's by Rain. How did I get to 1465 on my bill to begin with when Rain is known to cut us off if we miss 1 month. You continued to bill me when I decided to not pay for one month but it was not used I did not use the service and to a point where it accumulated charges of 1465. I was on the 499 plan, how do I owe 1465??? If I was told I owe 499 then sense would be made but how did you keep billing me. Iv requested to be contacted but nothing. Its been over a year and now you want to hand me over for your billing error.

Upon further investigation, we see that the outstanding invoices are for the months of February 2022 (R 499.00) with (77.5 GB used), June 2022 (R 499.00) with (77,03GB used) and the month of July 2022 (R466.81) with (80,07GB used) payment amounting to a total of (R 1464.81).

Above is a response that makes no sense. My argument is that I stopped my service in February 2021 and was liable for 499 should I have wanted to reactivate my service- WHICH I DID NOT

MARCH 2021, APRIL 2021 AND MAY 2021- No service, No bill, No usage

then miraculously billed in JUNE AND JULY 2021- HOW DO YOU CONTINUE TO BILL WHEN FEBRUARY IS NOT PAID. HOW IS THERE USAGE WHEN I DID ACTIVATE THE SERVICE???????????????

WHAT GETS TO ME IS THAT EXPLANATION OF THE BILLING MADE SENSE TO YOU!!! THE SAME COMPANY THAT CUTS YOU OFF AFTER ONE MONTH.
