A drought with help from Rain. Service non existent.

Hopeless support. Posted a complaint- cannot make or receive calls on 11/7. No response until I call on someone else’s phone, call cut after the ID process and here I sit with no service except WiFi. They come and assist as promised in the sales call, if unsuccessful, take back their stuff. Most disappointed.
