A dissapointed user

I have a problem with rain , it work good at times but when we encounter problems , firstly there is no where to contact them than to lodge a ticket on their app and they say they will be in touch in the next 24hours. ive been waiting for more than two day for the call and nothing. i have a week now without internet connection, i need to work and no one is helping from the rain team. im very dissapointed.
