A company being run like a ****a shop

I had no connectivity for 2 months despite the fact that my account was being debited and despite the fact that I had escalated my issue to Rain that the router was giving me problems. Every time I got a call and agent would reassure me that the router has been fixed. I then decided to cancel my subscription on the 3rd month and informed Rain that I would like to cancel. I returned the router to their store in Hillfox a f I was reassured that the service was cancelled and that Rain would stop debiting my account.

To my surprise on the 15th my account was debited and I received communication from CCD couriers that they would like to make arrangements to collect the router from me. I informed CCD couriers that I had already returned the router.

I then chatted to their stupid WhatsApp chat box and asked that I be refunded for the 2 months that I was not getting the promised service along with the 3rd month that I had been debited for after I had returned their router and I was told that me issue had been escalated and I was provided with a useless reference for the millionth time.

I then took it upon myself to call rain given that everyone an agent called me they would drop the phone on my ear. I was reassured that I would have my 3 months refund within 7 days that has not happened as this is day 9 neither has anyone contacted me to update me as to what the hell is going on.

I honestly regret ever subscribing to the services of this company with below par customer service. It's a putty to see such a poorly run company send out adverts selling people lies because once you accept their router you will surely have a ********** story regarding their service to tell, sooner or later.
