A bunch off *****
No service poor internet no after sales support straight out *****. I have an internal router , i upgraded to premium and was promised an external router, waited 3 months no router, i then cancelled my sub rain called back and asked if im sure i said id stay if they sent me an external router its now another 3 months and still no external router.

22 Sept 2021, 13:01Unfortunately i have heard this too many times before, its been 6 months after upgrading to the R1000 package with no external router, i have been promised hy several people that it would be delivered in 3 days. Over the past 6 months whilst i appreciate your feedback ill believe it when i see it.
