A bunch of Noobs!!!

The employees of this ISP are the most *********** bunch of people that I have ever seen. They surely learn all of their phrases out of a ****** book. "Sorry for the inconvenience caused....Blah Blah Blah...!!!

I migrated to 5G, the sales lady that was very eager to sell this to me promised me that the 5G will work in my area, which it does not!!! I have been through countless phone calls and nobody has got an answer for me!!! I decided to migrate back to 4G, still making use of Rain and what do they tell me?? Unfortunately the old SIM card will not work anymore...

They debited from my account, they have my money and now they just do not care.... Still waiting for the Network Department to call me, looks like they do not exist, as nobody has called me for the last 32 hours after my first call to them...

Yes this the address, it is now 19:57 and the 5G light is yellow suddenly.

Ask your manager when the 5g will possibly get closer. We have a cabin in the back yard. I am sending this message from thr 5G. Sitting inside the cabin offcourse

Ok so now we are going to make this a public reply!!! Cancelled my service from rain a week ago, I have been phoning them everyday for the past week. Today I get on the phone and I get told that the cancellation can take up to a month!!!! What **** is this, Rain has got my money, I have no connection and I am paying for it!!! When I asked to speak to a manager the response I got, sorry my manager will call you back!!! I will be going to other social media platforms and I will make sure that every single person that is even remotely interested in Rain knows how **** their service is.
