A bunch of ******
Firstly Rain network is ******* and getting to my point on contention. I cancelled my Rain using the app on the 13th September. To the point that I even received communication from Rain to keep the modem and they will send a courier for pick up. Which hasnt happened. But this morning I wake op to Rain having debited my account for R739.00 after they advised that my month to month account has been cancelled and I will not be billed this month! What a bunch of ******!!!!
