A bit more attention should be given to their payment system

A bit more attention should be given to their payment system. I signed up end of November with my payment date being the 1st of December. The payment was not processed on 1 December. I had to call a few times to inform them that my payment was not processed from their side. I eventually had to do the payment from my side on 4 December as they were experiencing errors with their payment system. I do hope that this does not happen regularly. Other than that, the support team is very friendly and helpful, and the internet service works quite well for now.
