A big shame

In a time where tvs are being watched through streaming its a shame that we struggle everyday just to use a network that we are paying every month for.

Again today we cannot stream, browse properly, or enjoy the service we continue to pay for faithfully every single month. The instability of this network has become exhausting. It is no longer an occasional inconvenience it has become a daily frustration.

We constantly experience buffering, dropped connections, and periods where the network becomes almost unusable. Trying to watch something as simple as a movie or series has turned into a battle of reconnecting, waiting, and hoping the signal stabilizes.

What makes it more frustrating is that customers are expected to continue paying full price for a service that is consistently unreliable. Communication and accountability also feel lacking, while customers are left frustrated and inconvenienced in their own homes.

At this point it feels less like a temporary issue and more like a long-term failure to provide the quality of service being advertised. Customers deserve reliability, transparency, and proper support — especially when paying month after month for internet that cannot consistently perform basic streaming. No matter what at the end of the month the R620 or R630 will be deducted. Its a shame
