Last year (2023) Rain was running a promotional offer to upgrade to Rain One, offering additional SIM cards at no added cost. Furthermore, if the offer was taken up before the end of November then an amount would be credited to your next bill. Needles to say, I opted in on the offer. When the end of November arrived, no credit was given on my bill. When I contacted Rain to enquire about it, I was told that the credit would roll over and my December bill would be credited. Guess what.... They have just taken the full billing amount again for December, with no credit!!!
