Had 2 units canceled 1 1 unit on profile. Paid for 2 units for December even though one cancelled so technically I should have a credit with Rain with perhaps a minimal payment for Jan RAIN WANT TO DEDECT FOR 2 UNITS FROM MY ACCOUNT And My service has been cut *** not Rocket science people sort it out

4 escalations 5 phone calls
No Wifi but it took a sales person not even 30 seconds to call me back hoping to make a sale
Shocking shocking shocking service as a client of many years this is most dissapointing

They are prepaid paid in advance please explain then why I had to pay the installment before the unit could be supp**** and wifi connected
Please do not insult my intelligenc
Ii intend to escalate this outside Rain and no one had the decency to phone me once during the day
Disgusted u should be ashamed I shall certainly be investigating and thinking of alternatives for Wifi supply
