I was disconnected from rain for 3 months as they never debited me then on the 22nd of September 2023 they took R515 and connected me again. However on the 3rd October 2023 they disconnected me saying I owe R573 meaning I was only connected for only 12 days.

I sent an email to their complaints department and Tasreeq Osman to complain about this however Tasreeq informed me that I owe them the services I used for June, July and August 2023.

When I tried to call them to address the issue they put me on hold for more than 37 minutes.
