Hi there I spoke to the sales person and he said the 649 should be free as per the promotion .i should only be paying 569 as I hv used the internet for the month .he said you guys need to amend the amount online so i can get connected

Why have you guys not sorted this issue out ?

It’s the promotion for the the router (the one which u can choose the colors and sticker u want ) 625 per month if I join then u get a month free .i cant believe I have to tell you guys your own promotions .i went to change it at the store with the Indian guy who works there .he confirmed I wont hv to pay for the month but have to settle my router which i was using at the time which i agreed .i am not stuck with a payment of this device which was not what i was told .i called in yesterday and they acknowledged the mistake but they haven’t adjusted the price and we have no internet

I made the call yesterday at 15:16 you can check your records and if you record calls then you will know the operator did notation they need to change the amount so I can only pay for the router I used last month not the new one
