I was overcharged charged double on the 26the of October R991 I paid then on the 1St of November I got a bill of R1058 when I ask what was it for Rain does not take my calls nor answer my queries. Instead they cut my network services. My normal premium is, R559 for my rain one which I have been paying until October when Rain started making do with my bank debits as they wish. Can rain rectify this
