This is the worst billing department ever...a new additional contact has been added to my existing account with out me even knowing about it...this is *****... When I took it up with them they said the will refund my money and correct it with reference number ***9..and now again a nother month later I still in the same situation.. no refund was made and another overcharged amount is taken again from my account... When phoning them they pretend they can't hear you...I have a budget and now with them taking money's they not supposed to I don't know how I'm going to get to my other commitments..how can someone take out and additional account on your name..this is ***** correct??
