****!!!!!!!

This is a ****!!!! ****piest service ever. I am struggling since last week Wednesday to get connected and everytime they just reply that they will contact me within 24 hours. This has been going on for a few days. They also just say I must "optimize" my signal, which I did, and got a sms saying I will reeive my settins soon. Well, define "soon" Is it a month, a week, a year?? You took my money (no you stole it!!!!!!) while I have NO internet service. Full coverage, full signal. Rain can go to hell!!!!!!!! Most pathetic service I have ever had. They are just a wannabe service provider from school and trying to bark with the big dogs......
