Unprofessional and *******!

How do you run a business??? We’ve been trying to cancel our subscription with you and you dismiss our emails and then still debit money out of our account!!!!!! We’ve had no internet for 2 weeks! Very unprofessional! Get better staff and get them trained to do their job better! Bad customer service!
