7 days and counting with no service from Rain

It has now been 7 days with no internet, 7 days that I logged a ticket on this stupid ticket system, and still no contact from Rain! still no internet and still no service from Rain. Not even one person has contacted me. This is a joke! Rain is a joke as a service provider.
