7-day cancellation policy

I have a problem with Rain, the network is so so terrible. They have a policy that states “if you cancel with the first 7 days of activation you will get your refund” and they are refusing to hold up their end of the bargain.

I had stated that the main reason for cancellation is that I can only access their data between 01:00 and 07:30, which does not serve the purpose because then I can’t work during the day.

And their service is bad too, I do not see myself recommending it to anyone else!
