6 Months later I still have not received my refund.
I am very disappointed with the service that has been provided to me thus far by Rain. for months I have been following up with them regarding my refund of the 5G router that had purchased, only to find out that I did not have coverage. I have been in contact with several agents from Rain who told me that they will escalate my query so that the 5G will be picked up from my house by the courier company and that has never happened until I took it upon myself to escalate the issue. Now they have collected the 5G and one month later I have not received my refund and again i still have to follow up with rain when i was told that i will get feedback within 24 hours after waiting for 3 weeks already.

31 Dec 2020, 12:34Now I am really fed up with Rain service I have been taken from pillar to post for months with regards to my query. My issue is still not resolved or even contacted I am the one who always needs to follow up with them using my money again to call and my time. I've spent hours on the phone with them and when I call them again and again I have to explain myself again as they do not update my ticket or my profile on call. All I have been getting is apologies after apologies for months and all I am asking for is for them to resolve my query. I see Rain does not care at all about the customers it seems like I am just a number or another client. Even today I had to be the one to call them and ask for feedback as they never respond to my query whether it via email or call as they will tell me the issue is been escalated but when I call to follow up on the escalations I then find out that there isn't escalation done so which means they have been lying to me for months now. I have been patient enough with their extremely poor service I am just fed up and 6 months later my query has not been resolved or even attended.
