6 Days Poor Signal No Help

I have been getting poor to no signal for 6 days now, and as terrible as this may sound to make matters worse is that even the support team is unable to assist queries on time as they will have speaking to an AI called Armin. all that i am being told is that i must just keep rebooting my Router which makes no sense. if they see that its connected to a bad signal server why not just changed it instead of waiting for us to post such reviews. if you know you know you work from home you need to have a very good plan B.
