5G tower in Klipfontein View offline since 24th October

Klipfontein View area 5G tower is is been offline since the 24TH October 2023.

I was debted R400 on the 01th November for 5G service connection and as of today no 5G service was provided to me.

Kindly note that your debt order it will be R0, 00 because there is no service for 5G.

I would like get clarify if 5G tower will be online today.

Credit must be app**** from the 01 November to 30the November.

And now what did management team say after 30 days? And I have paid for 5G service for the month of November but I received nothing.

Okay no problem, and when will the 5G Tower be back online?

As soon as the 5G Tower is online you contact me and we can start debt order again. Fair trade.

Kindly note that 5G Tower is still offline.

I was told it would be up and running today.

Kindly note that you will never debt full amount on the 1st Jan 2024.
From the 1st December 5G tower is been offline and it's still offline. Take a note of that.

I have signed up for 5G Service which is unlimited. I don't have contractual obligation to use 1Gb per day. In October you debt my account and I never receive a 5G service and dating back to April you've been debting my account full price and giving me half service.

If 5G tower is not connecting until the 31 of December and on the 1 Jan 5G tower is still offline, what would you be debting for?

I am not ****ing paying for anything until 5G tower is connecting and you can charge me the moment 5G tower is connected. That's how it works.

You've been fixing a tower for three months. You should be ****ing grateful that I am supporting and I supported you even though you don't have a quality service.

As soon the ****** 5G tower in Klipfontein View area is up and running and connected and you start billing me until the shut the **** up.

How many times have you debted my account and I get internet connection for two weeks? Many many times throughout the year,right?
