Quite frankly speaking your service is disappointing with such interruptions.

And in order to get fixed it takes years and years. I don't remember MTN, Vodacom and Telkom being offline the whole day.

There service was offline last week for three days and less than a week again it is offline.

Maybe your tower needs to be replaced with new ones that won't be offline unnecessary. Please replace a towel one.

Please it's been two days, but why every time when the tower is down it take days to be fixed?

It's time your network team fix things within 2 hours or 3 hours,not days. They are getting paid for free.
