5G sim RICAd and bot working.
Ordered my 5G router. Got the router from the friendly Courier that took my RICA details. Got sms that sim is RICAd and that I can plug it into the modem. Plugged the sim into the modem. The modem does not see or recognise the sim. Phone the worst call centre that can’t even speak english properly. Got told to wait 24 hours. 24 hours later still doesn’t work. Don’t buy this stuff. Rain so what now….

09 Mar 2023, 17:50It clicks in fine. I phoned your support department. The operator said that there are additional information that was not captured by you. I’m still waiting for it to work though.
