5g Sim not activated can't even cancel it.
I ordered the rain 5g service, i received the router and sim card on 12-04-2022, and I got mail it is activated, but no signal, the sim is not activated. I tried all ways to contact rain, no luck, I canceled 17-04-2022, I got calls immediately but I can't hear anything that she is talking, she did not even call again, I saw in my profile it will cancel month-end, not sure what to do until month-end without active sim. It is horrible to experience rain
