5G service poor and i cant manage my iwn ip forwading and port opening.

Hello. Once again, after a few days of glorious times, 5G again is bad. when i switch over to the 4g side, its lower ping and better stablility. Get this fixed. Seems like yoiu are trying to improve the service, but not yet there. So please fix this and i also need assistance in opening some ports and public IP's to my connection. Please get this sorted.....
