5G ****
5G is a ****. I literally get 0.5M upload speed. Packet loss and timeouts. Sometimes the download is good, but the upload is always pathetic! If I send a video on WhatsApp my Internet basically crashes to a hault. Wow. Nevermind the poor Internet, the service is NON EXISTENT. I have been fighting for over 2 months. All they suggest is 'move the router'. Like I haven't tried every possible location already. Which I informed them of. Now, just silence. Email after email. Silence. Yet, they are happy to take my money, even after I requested to terminate the SERVICE! It was bad from day 1! Telkom gives better service. Imagine that. This is *****, and now what, must I open a police case to stop this?

12 Apr 2020, 12:53Update. Rain eventually gave me the time of day and 'fixed' something which improved the Internet performance significantly. My router had a firmware update pushed to it remotely as well. The physical location of my router did not change.
