5G router stopped working after more 3 years of use and Rain expects me to pay R4000 replacement value.
I have been using the 5G router for more than 3 years. Last week it just stopped working and i'm told i have to pay R4000 for a replacement. What nonsense is that. The normal life span for cellphone, routers as well as laptops is 24 to 36 months. In my view this handset has reached its life span.

22 Oct 2024, 13:04Rain disclaimer "the router remains the property of rain", for over 3 years the devise was in my possession and it was never serviced and now i must cover the costs to make a replacement on your device that has exhausted its life span. Keep your router and your business.
