5G Router Still not working
Very bad service they reply after weeks. I bought a 5 G router its been almost 4 weeks now and it's still now working and I checked the coverage before buying and it said I do have a coverage.
I did everything I can. I tried also did what they suggested and I still can't get coverage. The blue dot is 4 streets away from me.
I want to return this useless thing and get my money back

What is your definition of shortly? I am still waiting for a call from Itumeleng. What is the ETA around this. It's almost month end since I got this router and still not working. Now it light green on 4G but still no internet
I am working from home, my work require internet hence I bought this and I need this to, either work or return and get my money back this week.
