5G router rica activation

Very bad service, o sorry there is non . I am a new client 5G router was delivered on 22 Des 2022 because it was delivered by courier company they say wait 2-24 hrs for Rica and activation of sim 4 days and multiple calls and fault logging no response or nothing.
